 Anthony is originally from Manchester (Denton), where he was a Police Officer in GMP for ten years. He's married to Zoë (a nursing sister) and has three children. He has an honours degree in Theology and is an ordained minister in the Church of England. Before coming to Ivy Manchester he led a progressive Anglican church which explored new pioneering possibilities as a missionary congregation.
Anthony is an inspirational leader, gifted in and passionate in preaching. He is here to lead the church into multiplication of leadership, impact and effectiveness in the city.

 Debra Green is married to Frank and they have four children.
Debra works part-time for the church with a number of responsibilities. She is involved in leading and preaching on Sundays, leadership development, baptism services and welcoming newcomers.
Debra is the Director of Redeeming Our Communities - a national charity formed in 2004 which promotes social transformation. Frank and Debra have written a book “City-Changing Prayer” (Kingsway 2005).
In 2008, Debra had a second book published: "Redeeming Our Communities - 21st Century Miracles of Social Transformation". She is a regular speaker at UK conferences like New Wine, Spring Harvest and at churches around the UK and overseas.

 Lynn's came to Britain as a missionary to our nation. Her gifts in leadership, vision and worship are outstanding, and fill particular needs at Ivy. Her worldwide ministry involves developing leaders, leading worship, preaching, supporting mission and developing relief and development projects.
This background and skills mix makes her ideally suited to the role of developing and leading our ministries in Worship and Resourcing (partnerships, mission and social action).

 Emma works full-time as our new Youth Pastor. Emma has always been involved with young people from volunteering as a youth leader; to a year out with The Pais Project as a Youth and Schools worker; to running youth work at her previous church. She came to Manchester to serve as an EDEN volunteer with The Message, moving into a deprived part of our city to serve the local church and help run the youth work in that area. She is also a qualified Primary Teacher who has been working in Wythenshawe since moving to Manchester. God has called her out of full-time teaching to help us fulfil our heart for our young people to encounter God in life-changing ways. In her free time Emma loves to go snowboarding, listening to music and is always up for a boogie!

ALAN TAYLOR PASTOR of 'church in a club'
 Alan works part time (4 days) leading and overseeing the work with students, particularly developing young leaders. He also gathers people for prayer and periodically goes on overseas mission. He is involved in leading Sunday meetings and Alpha. He is currently studying for an MA in Missional Leadership. He is married to Ruth, a Doctor - and he loves sport particularly football.  Jo works full time for Ivy Manchester and manages the church admin. She is married to Christie and they have a daughter, Amy. Jo studied art at University and paints whenever possible!
